There are several reasons why a mention might be missing from your alert.
Here are the most common causes:
The words may be spoken farther apart than your current settings allow.
If you're using Nearby terms, increase the distance in the Nearby terms settings.
The source is missing from our database. Feel free to write to us in the chat and we’ll look into it for you.
The AI might occasionally misinterpret the speech during transcription. This can happen if several people are speaking at once, or if it’s difficult to clearly distinguish the word being said. It may also be due to alternative spellings – for example, "login" might be transcribed as "log in".
The episode hasn’t been transcribed yet. Transcription begins once the entire broadcast has ended.
