How to get the most out of your alerts in All Ears

In All Ears you can easily create a report on the most important insights. Use Reports to create comparison reports or to keep track of your progress month by month.

Reports can be found in the menu on the left. Choose to create a report from a template or start with an empty report.

To edit an already existing widget, click on the three dots in the upper corner of the widget.

Here are some of our most used widgets.

Engagement - the total amount of interactions with social media post including comments, shares, and likes. Engagement is only visible if social media sources are in included in your alert. Find out more about engagement in our article.

Total mentions - shows an overview of your mentions over the selected time period.

Total reach - the total reach for all mentions during the selected time period. Read more about reach here.

Total PR value - the total PR value for all mentions during the selected time period. Find out more about PR value in our article here.

Mentions over time - shows how the number of mentions have varied during the selected time period.

Topics - describes which topics are the most talked about in your keywords. The different subject categories are developed using our own AI.


​Most mentioned by - presents which sources most often mention your keywords during the selected time period.

Media distribution - the number of mentions broken down by media types.

Sentiment - an assessment of the context that your mentions are in. It can be positive, negative or neutral.


By analyzing sentiment, you can gain a greater understanding of how the target group perceives what you are monitoring, e.g. your own brand. Read more about sentiment here.

Subscribe to and share reports

All reports can be sent to selected people at a predetermined interval automatically.

You can also subscribe to reports by email. Click on Add Recipient in the upper right corner of the report to choose the interval and recipient.
