Tags can help you organize your mentions and get a clearer overview of what’s being said.
You can tag mentions by topic or theme. For example “Campaign X”, “Environmental Conference” or “Outage” – to make it easier to find and group related content.
How to tag a mention:
Click “Tag” next to the mention. You can either create a new tag or choose from one you’ve used before.
Automatically tag mentions:
You can also set up automatic tags when editing your alert.
If you add a tag to a specific search clause, every mention triggered by that clause will automatically get the same tag in your feed.
All your tagged mentions are collected in the menu on the left. A single mention can have multiple tags, and tags can be used across different alerts. All tagged mentions can easily be shared with others or included in an analysis report.
