When inviting a coworker to All Ears, you can choose from three levels of access, which dictate what your coworker can see and do in your account. Choose between "Admin," "User," or "Limited user."

If you choose "User," your colleague can create new alerts and reports and invite other coworkers.

"Limited users" are invited to your account but can only see reports and alerts selected by the inviter. They cannot create new alerts or reports or invite others.

An "Admin" user can do all of the above as well as edit organizational settings and manage user accounts.
