One of the most valuable features in our analysis dashboard is "Insights". They give you a quick overview of the most important things happening right now. Have you been mentioned on a top podcast chart? Have mentions of your brand suddenly spiked? Are you being talked about more than usual? You'll also see insights based on sentiment.
If there are any new insights related to your mentions, they’ll show up at the top of your mentions feed. You can also filter by insights to find only the mentions that triggered them.
You can also adjust your subscription settings to get email alerts as soon as an important mention is detected. These are typically mentions with high reach and a strong positive or negative sentiment.
