With All Ears, you can quickly generate analysis reports that turn your alert data into meaningful insights. Reports help you understand trends, reach, sentiment, and coverage over time - all in a shareable, easy-to-digest format.
Create a report
Go to Reports in the left-hand menu.
Choose the report type - Overview, Comparison, or Time Comparison.
Select the alerts, tags, or saved searches you want to include.
Adjust the time range if needed (the default is the last 6 months).
Your report is then automatically generated and ready to explore.
Customize your report
Reports come pre-filled with a set of widgets, but you can tailor them:
Add or remove widgets
Reorder sections
Edit widget settings by clicking the three dots in the top-right of each widget
This makes it easy to build a view that matters most to you and your stakeholders.
Total Mentions shows the total number of mentions in your selected time period.
Engagement summarizes interactions such as comments, likes, and shares on social media. It is shown only if your alert includes social media sources.
Reach shows the estimated total reach of all mentions in the report. Learn more about how reach is calculated here.
PR Value estimates what it would cost to reach the same audience through paid advertising. The value is displayed in your local currency. Learn more about PR Value here.
Mentions Over Time shows how mention volume changes across the selected time period.
Topics highlights the most common themes mentioned alongside your search terms, generated by All Ears’ AI.
Most Mentioned By shows the sources that mentioned your keywords most frequently during the selected time period.
Media distribution breaks down mentions by media type included in your alert.
Word Cloud visualizes frequently mentioned words related to your coverage, excluding your tracked keywords.
Sentiment analyzes the tone of your mentions - positive, negative, or neutral

Share and subscribe to reports
You can share any report with colleagues or stakeholders - no All Ears login required.
Click Share to generate a public link, then copy and send it to anyone who needs access. The link always shows the latest data as new mentions are added.
To receive reports automatically, click Add Recipient in the top-left corner and choose how often you’d like updates delivered by email.
