What is the weekly summary?
Previously called Important insights, the weekly summary is now part of your monitor’s Analytics overview.
It automatically highlights important activity in your monitor, helping you quickly see what stands out without going through every mention.
For example, you might see:
An unusually high number of mentions
Mentions with high reach
Brand-building content
Content with a negative impact
Where can I find the summary?
Open a monitor and go to Analytics. You’ll find the weekly summary in the overview.
Click an item in the summary to see the mentions behind it.
Get an email when something important happens
You can also enable email notifications for important mentions. You’ll receive an email when a mention is classified as:
Brand-building
Negative impact
Click the subscription button in the top-right corner of your monitor to customize your email notifications.
