Relevance is designed to show the mentions that matter most at the top.
While Relevance often aligns with Reach (mentions that impact more people tend to rank higher), it also takes context into account. This means a mention with lower reach can sometimes appear above one with higher reach if it’s considered more significant.
For example, a spoken mention in a podcast may be ranked as more relevant than a brief reference in a YouTube description - even if the YouTube video has strong reach. However, if the YouTube mention reaches significantly more people, it may still rank higher.
Relevance applies across all media types and is continuously refined by our AI to prioritize meaningful coverage.
