What are Insights?
Insights automatically surface unusual or high-impact activity in your monitoring - so you don’t have to manually search for it.
They help you quickly spot things like:
Sudden spikes in mentions
High-reach coverage
Emerging or trending topics
Strong positive or negative sentiment shifts
Instead of scanning every mention manually, Insights bring the most important changes to the top.
Where do Insights appear?
When something unusual or high-impact happens, it automatically appears at the top of your mentions feed.
You can also filter by Insights to view only the mentions that triggered them.
Get notified when something important happens
In addition to your regular summaries, you can enable instant email alerts for important mentions - such as brand impact or negative impact.
Click the subscription button in the top-right corner to choose when and how you'd like to receive alerts.
