How is net sentiment calculated?
Net sentiment is the percentage of positive mentions minus the percentage of negative mentions.
For example, if 75% of mentions are positive, 11% neutral, and 14% negative, your net sentiment is +61% (75 − 14 = 61).
A value above zero means there are more positive than negative mentions. A value below zero means the opposite.
